This woman has been complaining about a constant humming in her New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) apartment for over 15 years without getting the problem resolved. She has complained to the NYCHA and 311.
Her doctor has certified that her health has been affected by this humming. Still nothing has been done to stop this humming.
InformacionAlDesnudo Radio and Television is currently trying to help this woman. This is not the American Dream that the people of Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, hear about before abandoning their island.
